Yes, me too. I have put on so much weight in the past year or so. I feel lethargic most of the time and am not motivated to do any form of exercise. I go and walk on the treadmill for a few days, then I stop. Although I don't eat sweets and fatty or fried food, I dont seem to lose any weight. I am really depressed. I would like to know what kind of affirmations do we use for weight loss.

I am new on the forum and I do not understand yet completely how it works but I hope my message will reach you.
I am writing to you because I am struggling to loose some weight. The problem is that I am sabotaging myself all the time. If I would muscle test to "I want to lose weight" it would probably come out negative. So to rephrase: I would like to want to lose some weight.
At the moment I have reached the point where I do not fit in most of my clothes any more. for 1,65m I weigh more than 76 kg. What worries me most is that I seem to continue putting weight on. And the harder I try to go on a diet the stronger resistance I feel.
Do you have any advice?
