Getting started

”I've registered. Now what?”

Thank you for joining our on-line EFT community. Here are some suggestions to help you get on your way.

Complete your profile

The member navigation block is found on the right-hand side of the page (look for a gold star followed by your username). Click on the “My account” link to view your profile. There are only a couple of required fields on the registration form, and you may have skipped over a few of the optional ones. Fill them out, if you feel comfortable. You may also personalize your profile by uploading a picture of yourself, or some other image, providing it's your own, and it's clean.

Find a tapping buddy

That's why you're here, right? TappingBuddies.com is designed to make it easy for you to find a tapping buddy. Are you looking for somebody in your geographical area? Be sure to check out the members map. (Remember, though, that not all registered members choose to place their location on the map.)

If location is unimportant to you, and you're more interested in finding a buddy who shares your tapping interests, try this: go to your own profile and click on any of the items you entered as your EFT interests. All of the members who specified the same interest will be listed. Why not contact them to set a date to tap by clicking the link at the bottom of their profile for sending a private message? You can search for members who speak the same language as you in much the same way. Just click on any of the languages you specified in you own profile to see a listing of members who speak the same langauge.

Join a group

Visit our groups directory by clicking on the “Groups” tab located under the search box in the upper right-hand corner. If you've got an idea for a group, go ahead and create one. The “Start a common interest group” tab is the place to go to get your group up and running. Don't forget to invite friends and colleagues who share your interests to join. Use the “Invite friend” link found in the group navigation block on the left-hand side of the page.

Post a blog

Do you have an EFT moment you'd like to share? Tell us about it! Under "Create content" in the member navigation menu on the right hand side, click on "Blog entry". (Or, take the short-cut!).
